Abstract

In this article, I reflect on my long-form choreographic and interdisciplinary practice, exploring documentation not as evidence but as an active collaborator in artistic research. I share how daily walking, analogue and digital looking, and fictocritical dialogues became part of a living archival system, shaping both my creative process and theoretical thinking. Drawing on feminist epistemologies and choreographic approaches, I examine how knowledge emerges through rhythm, relation, and repetition. Through sharing the development of my documentation system, I invite redears to consider how documentation can transform from a passive record into a generative method.
